Free agency got a shocking piece of interrupting news this morning with DeMarcus Ware’s sudden announcement of retirement from the league.

Breaking: After 12 seasons in the league, DeMarcus Ware has announced he's retiring.

The linebacker played the bulk of his career in Dallas, with the Cowboys immediately offering Ware a one-day contract to retire with the franchise.
